How do we book?
To secure your date, I ask for a booking fee and a signed contract. Once that’s in place, your date is fully reserved in my diary.
The remaining balance is due closer to the wedding.
What is the booking fee?
A £200 booking fee is required for photography or videography bookings.
For combined photo and film coverage, the booking fee is £300.
Do you travel?
Yes. I’m based in Lancashire and regularly work across the Ribble Valley and the Lake District.
Travel within these areas is included. If you’re planning something further afield, just let me know and I’ll confirm any additional costs clearly in advance.
How many photos will we receive?
I don’t put a set number on images, as every wedding is different.
You can expect a full, honest story of your day — from the quiet moments to the big celebrations — all carefully edited and delivered in an online gallery.
How are our photos delivered?
Your photos are delivered via a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images easily.
There are no USBs or albums included as standard, keeping things simple and accessible.
Do you work with a second photographer?
A second photographer is included in my higher photography package.
This allows more of your day to be documented naturally as it unfolds, especially during key moments like the ceremony and speeches.
Do you offer engagement shoots?
Yes. Engagement shoots are available as an optional extra.
They’re a relaxed way to get comfortable in front of the camera and a chance to create natural images without the pressure of the wedding day.
Do you direct us on the day?
For most of the day, I work quietly and unobtrusively.
When it comes to portraits, I’ll offer gentle guidance where it helps, small adjustments, good light, and simple direction, so nothing feels awkward or forced.
When will we receive our photos or film?
Photography & Film galleries are usually delivered within 6–8 weeks.
However during busy periods this time period can extend to 10–12 weeks.
Can we request changes to the edit?
Your gallery or film is edited in my signature style, as seen throughout my portfolio.
If something important is missing or needs attention, I’m always happy to chat.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
What if our plans change?
Life happens. If anything changes, just talk to me as early as possible and I’ll always try to be fair and flexible where I can.
